is participant in Servers and Data Centers power saving conference
February 13, 2006 - Los
Angeles - Anagenesis was a participant in the "Conference on
Enterprise Servers and Data Centers: Opportunities for Energy
Savings", held on January 31st at the Sun Microsystems
Conference Center. The conference was sponsored by Energy Star,
PSMA, Sun Microsystems, AMD, Astec, Emerson Network Systems, ON
Semiconductor, American Power Conversion, Hewlett Packard, and
others. Focus was on how energy could be saved through revised
microprocessor design and operation, server design, software
enhancement, increased power supply efficiency, facilities design and
improvement of other elements regarding power conveyance and
